New Vehicle Exit Gate Opens

The new exit at the corner of calles Longitudinal 11 and Transversal 7 was built to free up traffic within the precinct, particularly in the Complementary Activities Zone (ZAC) area closest to the sea. The gate also improves communications between Mercabarna and 22AL, the neighbouring land that is home to a number of Food Unit companies.
The exit is expected to absorb around 1,500 vehicles per day and for now will operate on a provisional schedule from 7 am to 7 pm, although it may be extended if there is demand from users.
